UPDATE - 2/14/12: Because I've had so many requests for similar pendants I've listed several of them in my shop tonight. You can find them here: [link]

I'll be adding more of these from time to time. If there aren't any in stock, and you are interested in having one made, just let me know :)

UPDATE - 6/9/12: All of the last batch of these has sold already. I've recently begun getting more requests for them though, so I'm working on stocking up again. I hope to have some of them in my shop within the next week or so.

Update - 9/25/12: I'm holding a new giveaway on my blog each week, now through mid December. This week's giveaway prize is one of the pendants made in this style. You can see the necklace and enter the giveaway at giveaway.gailavira.com

I have way too many crystal points laying around...

This one is Opalite and sterling silver with tiny crystals accenting the bail.

I love the way the Opalite glows and changes color depending on the way the light hits it.

For more details, or to purchase this necklace, see this [link] .

*NOTE*
This item is already sold.

I've been receiving a lot of requests for custom orders for this necklace. This one was sold as a one of a kind piece, so I won't be able to make another one exactly like it. However, I will be more than happy to make some in a similar style for those who are interested (contact me for custom order details).

Oh, and for those of you who asked in the comments, the title is actually a joke. I've never seen the movie Atlantis. Every time I post a pendant made with an opalite crystal though, I get lots of comments about the pendant in Atlantis no matter what style of wirework I do for it. For this one I just figured I'd play with that idea.

I just stumbled across this while looking at some of your other pieces, and realized that this is the exact same point that my mate gifted me with for my birthday. =) Was wondering what kind of stone it was, but it's absolutely gorgeous and I have gotten so many compliments on the wire work. So I wanted to thank you for doing such an amazing job making this.

absolutely gorgeous. What type of crystal is that? I don't believe I seen one quite like it before.

It's Opalite. It's actually a man-made stone (glass) that is also called faux opal, sea opal, and is often mistakenly sold as moonstone is craft stores.
